TENDER NOTICE FOR RUNNING CANTEEN AT

MAHARASHTRA SADAN, NEW DELHI

Resident Commissioner, Govt. of Maharashtra, Maharashtra Sadan, Copernicus Marg, New Delhi – 110 001 (Tel. 011-23387285 Extn. 322) invites tenders in sealed envelopes as per two cover system (Cover No. 1 Technical Bid & Cover No. 2 Price Bid) from reputed Catering Contractors/Operators to run canteen services at Maharashtra Sadan, a VIP guest house of Govt. of Maharashtra, at New Delhi. Tender documents containing detailed information with terms and conditions may be obtained from Account Section from 19.1.09 to 03.02.09 on all working days from 1100 hrs. to 1600 hrs. (Except lunch hour) by paying Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) in cash or in form of D/D favouring ‘Special Commissioner’, Govt. of Maharashtra payable at New Delhi. Tender document can also be downloaded from www.maharashtrasadan.com. Cost of downloaded form requires to be paid separately through D/D at the time of submission of the Tender Form.

Last date for submission of Tender documents along with all relevant papers and requisite deposit etc. is 05.02.2009 till 1600 hrs. Tenders (Technical bids) will be opened on 06.02.09 at 1100 hrs in the Conference Hall of Maharashtra Sadan. The bidders who qualify after evaluation of the Technical Bids will be invited on a later date informed to them for opening the Price Bids. Contractors/Operators or their representatives may remain present at the time of opening of the Technical/Price Bid. Resident Commissioner reserves the right to cancel the tender notice or to accept or reject any Tender Form without assigning any reason thereof.
